Beginning with a personalized recovery plan. Clients receive guidance through a variety of recovery enhancing processes including: 12 Step recovery, Meditation & Mindfulness techniques, Taoist and Buddhist recovery principles, and other recovery coaching methods to help build a solid recovery foundation.

Our Wholistic approach to addiction recovery combines traditional and alternative therapies to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. We help our clients choose the best available alternative healthcare professionals while providing recovery coaching, case management and experienced guidance along the recovery journey.
A Sober Companion is essentially like having a full time live in recovery coach. Clients receive the benefit of direct daily input and guidance while experiencing new empowering healthy routines and activities. Whether you're planning on taking time away from work or need to be working part time or full time, our sober companion will be there for you.
We work primarily with people seeking help with drug and alcohol addiction related issues. Whether you are new in recovery or experienced with clean time, we can help you make progress in achieving your goals. We will meet you wherever you are in your treatment / recovery journey and provide expert guidance uniquely suited to fit your particular needs.
Our basic Recovery coaching philosophy begins with addressing the mind, body and spirit. . We consider addiction to be a dis-ease in the mind that's being expressed through the body.
We help clients move out of fight or flight based impulsivity where they can begin to relax more while developing new coping mechanisms in early recovery.
Mind/Body Training
Using a variety of mind/body awareness exercises and mediation workouts and training sessions, We help clients gain present moment awareness while developing a sense of grounding and relative comfort in their own skin.
This consciousness training is based on principles both ancient and relatively new. Each client is met where they are at and has a program designed for their unique needs and goals.
By learning and applying these new mindfulness skills and practicing recovery principles along with healthy lifestyle habits on a daily basis, our clients experience tremendous growth and a newfound sense of self awareness, empathy, understanding and purpose.
The Bowen technique is safe to use on anyone, from newborns to the elderly and for any musculoskeletal or related neuromuscular complaint.
